Norcia Digital collects the information you submit so we can review a service request, match it to a relevant business, or review a partner application.

A consumer request typically includes name, email, phone, ZIP code, property context, and project details. A business application includes business and contact information. We do not ask for payment card numbers.

We do not sell this information. We do not publish consumer contact details. A business sees contact information only after an administrator releases that specific request to them.

Emails are not sent automatically in development. If transactional email is later enabled, we will use it for request confirmations and status updates.
